The Story

Raised with a multicultural perspective — a German mother, a Greek and Italian-American father — Stephanie Bargas developed an early instinct for storytelling and an ease moving across cultures and continents. That sensibility has defined every production she has touched.

Her career began in New York at EUE/Screen Gems, where she worked her way from assistant to freelance PA, coordinator, production manager, line producer, and ultimately executive producer. Her body of work spans feature films, documentaries, commercials, music videos, and global campaigns — with shoots across nearly every state and throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.

From 2013 to 2020, Stephanie served as Executive Producer to acclaimed fashion photographers and directors Inez & Vinoodh, overseeing more than 500 projects at VLM Productions for clients including Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Tiffany & Co., Michael Kors, L'Oreal, and Kate Spade.

From 2024 to 2026, Stephanie served as Executive Producer at 360PM, a global production service company owned by MA+ Group. There, she worked on many global campaigns for luxury and beauty brands, including Loro Piana, YSL, and Sam Edelman, oversaw the relaunch of the J.Crew catalog, and produced for brands such as Johnnie Walker, Neutrogena, and Evian.

Hemlock Productions is the next chapter — a global production house rooted in craft, precision, and a deep respect for the people who make the work.
